Once We Have Received Your Booking:

A staff member will contact you to confirm your details and time.
If your time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
If you are happy to go ahead with the booking our staff will ask you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your workshop.
Once you have paid your deposit (either in person or via internet banking*) your booking is confirmed.
